About the Team

At Nutanix, you'll be joining the Managed Service Provider (MSP) team, a dynamic and diverse group of professionals dedicated to delivering innovative cloud solutions. Our team is meticulously assembled with experts from various backgrounds, fostering a collaborative environment where creativity and problem-solving thrive. We prioritize open communication and mutual respect, ensuring that all voices are heard, and everyone contributes to our collective success.

You will report to a seasoned manager who emphasizes mentorship and personal growth, guiding the team with a focus on empowering individuals to reach their full potential. The work setup is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work-life balance; however, team members are expected to come into the office for collaboration at least two days a week. Additionally, be prepared for travel requirements of around 50%, as we often visit key partners and clients to reinforce our relationships and provide on-site support.


Your Role

  • Drive the activation and enablement of service provider aggregators, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and rapid ramp-up of high-potential service providers.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive joint business plans with Aggregators, focusing on go-to-market strategies and performance metrics.
  • Monitor sales progress, manage lead generation, and conduct regular business reviews to identify challenges and fast-track deal closures.
  • Collaborate with global teams to build and refine the Nutanix Elevate Service Provider Program (NESPP), tailoring it to meet the needs of service provider partners.
  • Act as the voice of the service provider community within Nutanix, promoting our values and technological vision to inspire and empower partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, driving consensus and influence across diverse organizational structures.
  • Set first-year objectives to significantly increase revenue from the Aggregator channel and expand the number of active service providers in the NESPP.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the Channel Service Provider team, championing autonomy and shared success.

What You Will Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on Distribution or Aggregator management and Managed Service Providers.
  • Proven strategic mindset with ability to create and execute impactful business plans.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to drive collaboration and consensus.
  • Fluent in English, with additional proficiency in regional languages (e.g., Dutch, Nordic languages) as a plus.
  • Strong technical literacy in cloud solutions, infrastructure, and IT service management (ITSM).
  • Proficient in Salesforce and reporting tools like Tableau for performance tracking.
  • Resilient mindset with a "can-do" attitude, demonstrating integrity and high professional ethics.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles with agility and commitment to excellence.

Work Arrangement

Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
